Our Forgotten History

This book examines the spread of Christianity in the Fertile Crescent region. While the Christian nations of the East documented their history and preserved it for generations, the history of Christianity among Arabs has been studied by only a few researchers and academics, until it was forgotten and almost extinct. To recover some aspects of the history, this book provides historical insights into Christian Arab states and emirates that prevailed inside and outside the Arabian Peninsula. It also examines the Christianity of Bedouin tribes, drawing evidence from Arab-Islamic sources and the poetry of their poets.
